Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a current diagnosis of major depressive disorder that is moderate to severe.
  • You have tried at least two antidepressants for this episode without success (or couldn't tolerate them).
  • You are fluent in English and can give informed consent.
  • You do not have bipolar disorder, psychosis, or a history of seizures or other conditions that would make MRI or rTMS unsafe.
