Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 50 years old.
  • You have at least two early cavities (white spots or small holes) that your dentist said are at moderate risk of getting worse.
  • You have low vitamin D levels (confirmed by a blood test).
  • You do not have heavy tartar, gum disease, or other serious mouth problems.
  • You are not pregnant, and you have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the last month.
