Who can take part

  • You have advanced cancer (any type) that has a mutation in a DNA repair gene like BRCA1, BRCA2, PALB2, ATM, or CHEK2.
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans (like a CT scan).
  • You have tried other cancer treatments (they may have stopped working or caused side effects).
  • If you have taken a PARP inhibitor before, you did not need to stop or lower the dose because of side effects.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within safe limits based on recent blood tests.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use birth control during and for a time after treatment.
