  • HER2-low breast cancer (IHC 1+ or IHC 2+ with no gene amplification)
  • Hormone receptor (HR) negative (ER and PR less than 1%)
  • Stage T1cN1-2M0 or T2-3N0-2M0 breast cancer
  • No prior systemic treatment for breast cancer (like chemotherapy or hormone therapy)
  • Good general health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
