CAR-T cells targeting GPRC5D for relapsed multiple myeloma

Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or not responded to at least 3 different treatments (including an immunomodulator, a proteasome inhibitor, and an anti-CD38 antibody).
  • Your myeloma cells have a marker called GPRC5D on their surface (more than 20% of cells).
  • You have a measurable sign of myeloma, such as a certain level of M protein in your blood or urine, or a certain percentage of myeloma cells in your bone marrow.
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks, and you are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0, 1, or 2).
  • You have not had treatment that targets GPRC5D before, and you do not have active infections, hepatitis B/C, HIV, or a history of certain transplants.
