Who can take part

  • Be age 18–75 (men or women).
  • Have relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma/plasma cell leukemia and have had at least 3 prior treatment types (including proteasome inhibitor chemotherapy and an immunomodulatory medicine).
  • Your tumor must show GPRC5D on cells (checked by a bone marrow biopsy or other tumor sample using a lab test like immunohistochemistry or flow cytometry).
  • You must have measurable active disease (for example, specific blood/urine protein levels or at least 10% certain plasma cells in bone marrow) and good overall breathing/blood oxygen.
  • You must be able to do the study safely: ECOG 0–2, life expectancy at least 12 weeks, and acceptable blood counts, liver/kidney function, heart function, and blood clotting results.
