Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have multiple myeloma that has not responded to or come back after at least 3 different types of treatment, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug, and a CD38 antibody.
- You are in generally good health (able to care for yourself, with a performance status of 0, 1, or 2).
- Your blood counts are stable enough: lymphocytes, neutrophils, hemoglobin, and platelets meet certain minimum levels.
- You do not have severe heart, liver, kidney, or brain problems, uncontrolled infections (like active hepatitis or HIV), and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
