Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 75, and you have relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma or plasma cell leukemia.
  • You have already tried at least 3 different treatment “lines,” including chemotherapy that uses proteasome inhibitors and at least some immunomodulatory (IMiD) drugs.
  • Your tumor tissue (often bone marrow) must test positive for GPRC5D on cell surfaces using a lab test (IHC or flow cytometry).
  • Your disease must be measurable (for example, specific abnormal blood/urine protein levels or at least 10% plasma cells in bone marrow tests).
  • You must be healthy enough for treatment: good blood counts, liver/kidney function, blood clotting, oxygen level, and heart strength (ejection fraction at least 50%).
