Targeted drug combo for HER2-positive advanced lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or come back, and it cannot be removed by surgery or cured with radiation and chemo.
  • Your tumor has a HER2 mutation, extra copies of the HER2 gene, or high levels of HER2 protein.
  • You are age 18 or older.
  • You have not had treatment with HER2 antibodies or antibody-drug conjugates before.
  • You have not had brain metastases that are not stable or controlled.
