Who can take part

  • Diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma confirmed by biopsy or imaging criteria.
  • Not eligible for curative treatments (surgery, liver transplant, or ablation).
  • No prior systemic treatment for liver cancer.
  • At least one measurable tumor can be evaluated by imaging.
  • Adequate liver, kidney, and bone marrow function.
  • No major bleeding or blood clotting issues in the past 6 months.
