Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 82 years old.
  • You have high blood pressure (systolic over 135 mmHg) that has been stable on your current medications for at least 2 months.
  • You have moderate to severe chronic kidney disease (eGFR 20–70) OR milder kidney disease (eGFR 60–90) with protein in your urine.
  • You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or heart failure hospitalization in the last 6 months.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy.
