Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed asthma diagnosis (based on breathing tests showing reversible blockage).
  • You cannot be currently having an asthma flare-up or attack (if you are, you can join after 6 weeks of recovery).
  • You cannot have other lung diseases like bronchiectasis, tuberculosis-damaged lung, or lung cancer.
  • You cannot currently have pneumonia or acute bronchitis.
  • You must be able to sign a consent form to participate.
