Who can take part

  • You have or might have lung cancer and need surgery.
  • You are having keyhole (minimally invasive) surgery to remove part of your lung.
  • You are able to stand up from a chair without help.
  • You do not have a blood clot in your leg, an amputated leg, or a leg or back problem that stops you from bending or sitting on a bike.
  • You do not have severe skin problems that make sitting on a bike uncomfortable.
