Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older
- You were diagnosed with high-risk prostate cancer within the last 6 months
- Your doctor recommends radiation to the lymph nodes in your pelvis, or you have up to 4 suspicious lymph nodes on scans
- You have not had radiation to the pelvis before
- You have not had other prostate cancer treatments like surgery, HIFU, or cryotherapy
- You are able to have an MRI and a PSMA-PET scan
