Who can take part

  • Your child's cancer (solid tumor, brain tumor, or lymphoma) has not responded to standard treatments, or no standard treatment exists.
  • Your child is under 21 years old when starting the trial.
  • Your child is already taking part in a precision medicine study (like PROFYLE or ZERO) that looks for genetic changes in their cancer.
  • Your child has recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments.
  • Your child has adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, etc.) and is able to follow the study schedule.
  • Females who can become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test, and males must agree to use birth control.
