Who can take part

  • You are a male tennis player between 18 and 30 years old
  • You train or compete in tennis at least 3 times per week
  • You have at least 4 years of regular, structured tennis training experience
  • You have no recent surgery, shoulder or elbow problems, or other injuries in the past 6 months that would limit your training
  • You do not have heart, nerve, or other medical conditions that would make intense exercise unsafe for you
  • You are not currently in another structured strength or agility training program outside your normal tennis training
