Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM), and after standard treatment with surgery, radiation, and the chemotherapy drug temozolomide (TMZ), your MRI shows the tumor has come back.
  • You do not have a serious heart condition (like heart failure or major heart rhythm problems).
  • Your recurrent tumor is not growing so fast that it needs to be removed with surgery right away.
  • Your tumor is not a rare type called H3K27M midline glioblastoma.
