  • You have 1 to 3 years of tennis experience.
  • You practice 2 to 3 times a week, each session lasting 1 to 2 hours.
  • You have been taught the flat serve (the basic serve technique).
  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You have not done special shoulder or core strength training in the past year.
