Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and have prostate cancer that has spread (locally advanced or metastatic).
  • Your cancer has a protein called HER2 (test result 1+, 2+, or 3+), or has a HER2 gene change.
  • You have already tried standard hormone therapies (like abiraterone or enzalutamide) and they no longer control your cancer.
  • Your testosterone level is very low (like from medical or surgical castration) and you are still on ADT (or had your testicles removed).
  • You are healthy enough for the study (good blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart function).
  • You have not had prior treatment that targets HER2 (like trastuzumab).
