Who can take part

  • You must be at least 12 years old and weigh at least 88 pounds (40 kg).
  • Your leukemia must have come back after treatment or not responded to previous therapy.
  • Your leukemia must have a change in certain genes that turn on HOX (like KMT2A, NPM1, or others).
  • Your white blood cell count must be below 25,000 before starting the trial (medication can be given to lower it first if needed).
  • You must have fairly normal heart, liver, and kidney function, and be willing to use birth control if needed.
