Who can take part

  • You are age 2 or older
  • You have acute leukemia (AML, ALL, or a mixed type) with certain gene changes like NPM1 or KMT2A
  • You are either scheduled for a stem cell transplant within the next month or have had one within the last 4 months
  • After transplant, you must be in remission, have recovered blood counts, and have no major organ problems or severe graft-versus-host disease
  • You must be able to take a particular antifungal medication (like voriconazole or posaconazole)
