Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that has spread and has not responded to at least two prior treatments.
  • One of your prior treatments must have been a newer hormone therapy, such as enzalutamide, abiraterone, or similar.
  • Your cancer must be getting worse despite treatment, based on PSA levels, scans, or bone lesions.
  • You are age 18 or older and have good kidney, liver, lung, and blood cell function.
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases or active autoimmune disease requiring immunosuppressive therapy.
