Car T cell therapy for advanced prostate cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary clinical trials.
This trial tests a new immune cell therapy, called STEAP1 IL-18 CAR T cells, for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy is designed to help your immune system fight the cancer more effectively.

This study tests a new type of treatment that uses your own immune cells (engineered to target prostate cancer) combined with a hormone therapy drug. It is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone treatments.
This Phase 1 study tests a prostate cancer treatment made of PSCA-targeted CAR-T cells, with or without radiation, to help control advanced prostate cancer. It aims to find a safe treatment approach and see how well it works in people whose cancer has PSCA.
This trial tests a new immunotherapy called A-CAR032, which uses your own immune cells to attack prostate cancer cells. It is for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has progressed after other treatments.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to target and fight advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone treatments. The cells are engineered to recognize and attack cancer cells that have specific markers (PSMA and PSCA) on their surface.
This trial tests BPX-601, a new type of cell therapy that uses your own immune cells to fight prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone treatments. The study aims to see if this approach can help men whose cancer has returned despite multiple prior treatments.
This Phase 1 study tests whether lab-made immune cells (CAR-T) that target PSMA can treat prostate cancer that keeps growing despite hormone treatment. It may help people whose disease no longer responds to standard endocrine (hormone-blocking) therapy.
