Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to perform daily activities at a good level (ECOG 0–2 or KPS 70+).
  • Have metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (cancer that keeps growing despite lowering testosterone).
  • Your tumor must test positive for PSCA (the study will use tissue from a biopsy, including saved/archival tissue if available).
  • Your cancer must be progressing despite at least one advanced hormone-blocking treatment (like abiraterone or enzalutamide).
  • You must be well enough for treatment, with recent blood test limits (neutrophils, platelets, liver and kidney function) and an acceptable heart rhythm (QTc ≤ 480).
  • If you have not had CAR-T treatment before, you must meet timing rules for prior chemo and prior radiation, and avoid certain meds like strong ongoing steroid or immune-suppressing medicines.
