Who can take part

  • You have a diabetic foot ulcer or a venous leg ulcer that hasn't healed much after 4 weeks of standard care.
  • You don't have an active infection in or near the wound.
  • You are not allergic to aminoglycoside antibiotics (like gentamicin) which are used in making the wound covering.
  • The wound can be cleaned well enough to remove dead tissue.
  • You don't have other health problems that would make the treatment risky.
