You may be a candidate if you have stable chest pain, are 40–75, and have had tests showing your heart's small vessels aren't working well.

Who can take part
- You have stable chest pain that comes on regularly.
- You are between 40 and 75 years old.
- A recent heart test (CT scan or angiogram) within the last 6 months showed no major blockages in your heart arteries.
- A special MRI of your heart shows that blood flow to the heart muscle is lower than normal.
- You are not taking certain other medications (like long-acting nitrates or drugs for erectile dysfunction), and your blood pressure is not too low.
- For women: you are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
