  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • You have lung cancer that has spread to your spine
  • Your spine is unstable or is pressing on your spinal cord or nerves
  • You are expected to live more than 3 months and can handle surgery
  • You are likely to need a blood transfusion during or after the operation
