Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a suspected fungal lung infection (chronic pulmonary aspergillosis or ABPA).
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
- You do not have severe kidney problems (eGFR less than 30) or need dialysis.
- You do not have iron overload.
- You have not taken antifungal medicine for more than 48 hours before the study scan.
