Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older with at least one brain tumor that needs surgery or a biopsy.
- Your tumor must be glioblastoma or a cancer that has spread to the brain and has a HER2 protein or HER2 gene change.
- You must be able to walk and take care of yourself (KPS score 60 or more, or ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your heart, blood, kidney, and liver function must be good enough, based on blood tests.
