Irinotecan liposome and ivonescimab for second-line small cell lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced small cell lung cancer that got worse after first-line platinum-based chemotherapy (with or without checkpoint inhibitors).
  • You are able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (and hasn't been radiated in the last 6 months).
  • Brain metastases, if any, are treated and stable for at least 1 month, or you have none.
  • You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
