Who can take part

  • You are between 20 and 70 years old.
  • You do not have coronary artery disease, heart failure, COPD, diabetes, or chronic kidney disease.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have a sleep disorder (other than obstructive sleep apnea).
  • You do not work night shifts or go to sleep after midnight.
  • You have not traveled across 2 or more time zones in the past week.
  • Your BMI is below 40.
  • You have not used nicotine products (like cigarettes or vaping) in the past 2 years.
  • You are not taking allopurinol, proton pump inhibitors, or certain supplements that could interfere with the study.
