Who can take part

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have mild to moderate OSA, with AHI between 5 and under 30
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) of 45 or less
  • You are not currently taking steroids or anti-inflammatory medicines
  • You do not have insulin-dependent diabetes, an autoimmune disease, or work the night shift
  • You are not using CPAP right now
