  • You have chronic lower back pain that spreads down your leg (radiculopathy).
  • Standard treatments like therapy, medication, or injections haven't helped enough.
  • You have not had any prior injections or nerve blocks for your pain.
  • You have not had any surgery on your lower back in the past.
