Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have rectal adenocarcinoma that has not spread to other organs (stage I, II, or III).
- The tumor is within 5 cm of your anus and is the MSS/pMMR type.
- You have not had any prior treatment for rectal cancer, like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- You are in good general health, with adequate blood counts and organ function, and no active autoimmune disease or other serious conditions.
