Who can take part

  • You have chronic kidney disease (stages 1 to 4) with a certain level of kidney function.
  • You have type 2 diabetes, or a high blood sugar test, or a past diabetes diagnosis.
  • You have high blood pressure (140/90 or higher) or take blood pressure medication.
  • You have high cholesterol (LDL over 130) or take cholesterol medication.
  • You have not had a serious kidney injury, heart attack, or stroke in the last month.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, implanted heart device, or mechanical heart valve.
