- You have been diagnosed with giant cell arteritis.
- You have no chronic infections like HIV or hepatitis B or C.
- You have not used antibiotics in the last 90 days.
- You have not had major gut surgery in the last 5 years.
- You have not had a stomach or intestinal bleed in the last 90 days.
- You do not have inflammatory bowel disease, bulimia, anorexia, or severe obesity.
