Who can take part
- You had a stroke at least 6 months ago that still causes weakness or trouble moving your arm or hand.
- You do not have any other brain disease or injury besides stroke.
- You can understand and agree to be in the study (mini mental exam score > 24).
- You do not have metal implants or devices in your head or neck (like pacemakers or brain stimulators).
- You have not had a seizure in the last year, and no other TMS safety risks apply.
