  • You are waiting for your first knee replacement surgery on one knee.
  • Your knee problem is mainly due to osteoarthritis.
  • You live within 60 minutes of the study location.
  • You can speak and read Swedish independently.
  • You do not have any other health condition that would prevent you from taking part in exercise or education.
