- You must have already been a part of our earlier pilot study
- You have been on gender-affirming hormone therapy for at least 2 years
- You are 18 years or older
- You can have an MRI scan (no metal implants, tattoos that are not MRI-safe, or claustrophobia)
- You are not pregnant and do not have current substance abuse issues
