BCD-264 vs Darzalex for relapsed multiple myeloma

Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment.
  • You have already tried at least one treatment that included a proteasome inhibitor (like bortezomib) and an immunomodulatory drug (like lenalidomide).
  • You have measurable levels of M-protein in your blood or urine, or abnormal free light chains.
  • You have not had treatment with daratumumab (Darzalex) or any other anti-CD38 therapy before.
  • You are 18 years or older, have an ECOG performance status of 0-2, and are able to have a bone marrow biopsy.
