  • You are between 16 and 65 years old.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia that is in remission and has no detectable cancer cells (MRD negative).
  • You have a stem cell donor who is a matched sibling, unrelated donor, or a half-matched family member.
  • Your heart, liver, lungs, and kidneys are working well enough (based on standard tests).
  • You are willing and able to follow the treatment plan and give informed consent.
