Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of dermatomyositis with moderate to severe muscle weakness or skin symptoms.
- You are between 25 and 72 years old.
- You have tried at least two different standard medications (like methotrexate, rituximab, or IVIG) for at least 12 weeks without success or you couldn't tolerate them.
- You have not had a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy before.
- You have no history of recent cancer (except fully treated skin cancer or some early-stage cancers) and no other serious autoimmune disease.
