Who can take part
- You are between 6 and 28 years old.
- You gained weight quickly after a brain tumor or its treatment.
- You have obesity (BMI above the 95th percentile for your age and sex, or BMI over 30 for adults).
- You have evidence of hypothalamus injury on an MRI, and it's been at least 6 months since your last tumor treatment.
- You have been on a stable dose of any hormone replacement or appetite medications for at least 2 months.
- If you are a female who has started your period, you must use effective birth control or have confirmed hormone issues that prevent pregnancy.
