Who can take part
- Age 18–26 and obesity (BMI ≥30 or above the 95th percentile for your age and sex).
- Have one of these conditions: Prader-Willi syndrome (genetically confirmed), hypothalamic obesity (damage to the brain's appetite center), or general obesity not linked to a genetic disorder.
- Stable lifestyle (diet, exercise, living situation) for at least the last 6 months.
- No weight-loss medications in the past 3 months and no GLP-1 or DPP-4 drugs in the past 6 months.
- Not pregnant or nursing, and willing to use birth control if you could become pregnant.
- No recent significant weight changes (more than 3% up or down in the last 2 months).
