Who can take part

  • Your child is between 3 and 11 years old.
  • The procedure is non-invasive (like an MRI) or uses numbing medicine so there's no pain during surgery.
  • Your child is generally healthy or has only mild health issues (ASA I or II).
  • Anesthesia will be given through an IV (not a mask), and your child will have a breathing tube.
  • The surgery is expected to last at least 90 minutes.
