Who can take part

  • Your child must have a diagnosis of congenital scoliosis (a curved spine that is present at birth).
  • Your child should be between 6 and 16 years old.
  • Your child must not have any cognitive impairment (problems with thinking, learning, or memory).
  • Your child must not have any mental or psychological disorders.
  • Your child must not have a known central nervous system disease, past neurological injury, or a history of oxygen shortage at birth.
  • Your child must be able to cooperate with thinking and memory tests and must be able to communicate in Chinese.
