Who can take part

  • You have metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread).
  • A recent blood test shows your cancer is RAS and BRAF wild-type (no specific gene mutations).
  • You have had a good response (tumor shrank or disappeared) to previous treatment with cetuximab or irinotecan.
  • It has been at least 2 months since your last dose of cetuximab.
  • You are generally active (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and your organs are working well enough.
