Who can take part
- You are a young person between 14 and 18 years old living in Switzerland as a migrant (temporarily or permanently).
- You can speak, read, and understand one of these languages: German, English, Turkish, Farsi, Dari, Ukrainian, Algerian Arabic, or Pashto.
- You have been feeling sad, down, or very stressed recently (not just a little).
- You are not having serious thoughts about hurting yourself.
- You plan to stay in Switzerland for at least the next 6 months and are not already in a similar skills-training program.
