Who can take part
- You have relapsed or stubborn B-ALL that still shows CD19 and CD22 markers on the leukemia cells.
- You have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard treatments like blinatumomab, targeted pills, or previous CAR T-cell therapy.
- You have a donor available who is a close match (full or half match) and who does not have harmful antibodies against your cells.
- You are between 1 and 18 years old.
- Your cancer cells make up at least 60% of your blood or you have very low blood counts that make collecting your own cells difficult.
- You have not had a stem cell transplant before.
