Who can take part

  • Your upper back curve (kyphosis) is between 40 and 70 degrees on an X-ray.
  • You are between 7 and 18 years old.
  • Your bones are still growing (Risser stage 0-5).
  • You are not currently wearing a back brace.
  • You have not had spine therapy in the last 6 months.
  • You do not play sports like swimming or volleyball more than twice a week.
